jillss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jillss's discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jillss reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the jillss account. Before processing any withdrawal, jillss may require completion of KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours; bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to three (3) business days. jillss reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on the jillss platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jillss is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your payment provider.
jillss offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. jillss's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jillss account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jillss does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
jillss reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if jillss determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
You may close your jillss account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
